Laura just picked up her new Driver's Ed car. It is not a brand new car because insurance would
kill us, and you probably don't want a brand new car to teach the kids in anyway. It's a 02 Taurus and is very nice.
Taurus' have great safety ratiings and are big enough to be comfortable in. She starts driving the kids this weekend
and is very happy and excited about it.
You also should know that Laura is a die-hard animal lover and for many years was veterinary technician
working in a private practice and also for the military at APG Maryland. My buddy Trey is a true blue Mommy's boy and
is by her side (up her ass) constantly!
Another thing she is passionate about is Field Hockey. She was the coach for the Walker Wildcats,
an elementary school level team, for many years. Of course she got started when Liz was playing but stayed with if long
after Liz moved on to Mount View. She very reluctantly "retired" and handed over a first place team when she went
back to work. I have heard that the league is in trouble and I would not be suprised to find Laura involved in a coordinater
capacity next season.
